The Texas Low Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Compact Commission has proposed revisions to the Management Rule placed in the Texas Register on January 12. The MLK Jr. Holiday scheduled for Monday does not count as a public comment day, so we will receive comments for 30 days ending on February 12, 2024.
